Terms of Service

By accessing or using TRX Security at trxsecurity.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including registered accounts, trial users, and visitors to the public-facing pages.

TRX Security is an AI-powered cybersecurity platform providing: automated vulnerability scanning, penetration testing tools, threat intelligence feeds, digital forensics, deception technology, exploit verification, compliance reporting, and AI-assisted security analysis.

The platform is a professional tool intended for authorised security testing, red team operations, and defensive security work only.

You must only use TRX Security against systems and networks you own or have explicit written permission to test.

Unauthorised scanning, testing, or exploitation of systems you do not own is illegal under applicable computer misuse laws (including but not limited to the UAE Cybercrime Law Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021, India's IT Act 2000, and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act).

TRX Security accepts no liability for misuse of the platform. Any user found to be conducting unauthorised testing will have their account immediately terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform to attack, scan, or probe systems without authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the platform
• Use automated scripts to scrape, overload, or abuse platform APIs
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malware, exploit code, or harmful payloads to the platform infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

All platform code, design, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of TRX Security. Scan results and reports generated from your data remain yours.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without prior written consent.

TRX Security is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results are complete or accurate. Security assessments are best-effort and should be verified by qualified professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRX Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for lost data, security incidents, or business losses.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms without prior notice. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
